Included in the agreements between the Government of Canada and the Province of Nova Scotia is a Communications Protocol. In Nova Scotia, a similar protocol exists between the Province and municipalities and transit organizations receiving funding.  They are contained as part of the Municipal Funding Agreementsand Transit Funding Agreements signed by both parties.
