- Costs related to advertising tender calls are eligible for cost-sharing under the MRIF for approved ad layouts. However, unapproved advertising costs will be considered ineligible.

The $133-million, six-year Canada-Nova Scotia Municipal Rural Infrastructure Fund is administered by the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency and Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations. Enterprise Cape Breton Corporation and the Union of Nova Scotia Municipalities are members of the Management Committee.
- All tenders ads must be published in English and French. Le Courrier de la Nouvelle-Écosse is the French language newspaper of record in Nova Scotia. This paper will provide for the translation of the tender ad copy.
