This toolbox has been created to assist Nova Scotia municipalities, transit organizations and others who participate in infrastructure programs funded by the Government of Canada through partnership agreements with the Government of Nova Scotia. 

As part of its administration of these agreements, the Canada-Nova Scotia Infrastructure Secretariat provides information and assistance to program participants to help ensure they meet their requirements for reporting and promoting projects that support healthy, vibrant, sustainable, communities.
