- Notification of special events - The Canada-Nova Scotia Infrastructure Secretariat must be notified (bayerdj@gov.ns.ca) at least 21 days in advance on events such as sod turnings and official openings.

Claim Forms
- Instructions for Claim Forms - This document provides step-by-step instructions on how to submit a claim form
- Interim Claim Form - This form must be completed by the project proponent and submitted with the Detail Claim Form. It includes financial totals from the Detail Claim Form and indicates the amount the proponent is expecting to receive from CNSIS.
- Detail Claim Form - This form provides line-by-line details of each invoice submitted by the project proponent. Invoices and cancelled cheques must be submitted with this form, and it must be submitted on a regular basis. Do not wait until the completion of the project.
- Final Statement of Claim-Project Audit Certificate - This form provides final financial information about the prject upoon completion of the project. The project proponent must provide this form to their Municipal Auditor to be used when conducting the project audit. The form must be sigbed by the Municipality and the Municipal Auditor before it is submitted to the CNSIS to receive the 10 per cent holdback.
